Training and Support
We offer an optional training course during which members of your staff will be trained in the application of the Method, including use of the software. We strongly recommend that you undertake the training course.
Training courses are given at your location so that our staff can provide instruction on-board your survey vessel, check equipment mountings and noise effects problems etc. In most cases, three or four days of training will be sufficient.

Technical support includes assistance with developing calibrations, advice on field techniques and data analysis and general troubleshooting. By subscribing to our optional Annual Support Contract, users can extent the duration of support.
